• Pets are not permitted on site

• No smoking within the confines or the studio or anywhere inside the building premises

• No alcohol in the studio (unless discussed prior)

• No candles or incense to be burnt in the studio

• No dirty footwear on floors or rugs

• Furniture must not be dragged across the floors

• Music and sound to be kept at a fair level. Please respect the other offices.

• Please do not leave liquids, food scraps, or perishables to be left in the studio

• Large rubbish or anything brought on-site must be taken away with you. There are rubbish bins to the left of the entrance of the studio.

• Return all props and furniture to their original position prior to leaving

• Props and furniture are not to be taken outside of the studio

• If any equipment, furniture, props, fixtures, etc. are mishandled, broken, ruined, or stained - the Hirer must notify the Studio Director immediately.

The date and booking slot are not confirmed until payment is made in full.

Of course! We encourage the use of your own props and objects.

• Bookings Monday - Friday: There are plenty of parking spots around our studio. From 9am - 5pm, parking is metered so please ensure you have enough time to park and pay. During these hours, do not park in the 5 Frigo Court carpark as this is a private carpark belonging to the offices within our building.

• Bookings Saturday and Sunday: You are welcome to park in the 5 Frigo Court private carpark. On Sunday's all parking in the area is free.

The booking time is inclusive of set up, pack up, and any cleaning. This must be completed during the term of the hire period. Overtime penalties will apply.

• Cancellations and Reschedules made once full payment is made will not be eligible for a refund, only a credit note.

• Cancellations and Reschedules made 48 hours or less prior to the booking start time will receive no credit or reschedule.

• Cancellations and Reschedules made more than 48 hours prior to the booking start time will be eligible for a credit note.

• Credit notes must be used within 30 days of issue or will be forfeited.

• Bookings can be cancelled at the Studio Director's discretion, in which case a 100% refund will be offered.

Please respect the space and keep it tidy. If professional cleaning is required after your booking, a $100 cleaning fee may be charged at the discretion of the Studio Director.

Although we love animals, for the safety and preservation of our studio, no pets are allowed.
